01.08.2010. - Security camera footage has captured a 3-year-old boy falling from a three-storey balcony in Southeast Turkey. His fall was cushioned by a stack of plastic pipes. Bayram Altinkaya was hanging from the balcony of his house when his hands slipped and he fell. Bayram's mother said she had gone inside the house briefly when her little boy fell down from the building. The boy has been admitted to a local hospital, his condition is stable and he is expected to be released in the coming days.
