When this “Mademoiselle chante le blues", her admirers are all ears. The French singer who has sold 16 million albums in over 47 countries, Patricia Kaas, is heading to Moscow to share her love of Edith Piaf’s songs with her Russian fans.

“Kaas Sings Piaf” features 21 iconic songs, including such timeless hits as "Milord", "Padam Padam", "Hymn to Love". The show also highlights a number of lesser known tunes by Piaf, such as "La Belle Histoire d'amour" and "With the sun". 

The songs were arranged by Polish musician Abel Korzeniowski, the composer behind Tom Ford’s drama “A Single Man” and Madonna’s movie “W.E”.

The world tour commemorating 50 years since the death of the "La Vie en rose" creator has seen her creative heiress performing at some of the most prestigious venues, including London’s Royal Albert Hall and New York’s Carnegie Hall. The Olympia in Paris, and Vienna’s Konzerthaus are among the highlights next year.

Her performance in the Russian capital will take place on December 7 at the Moscow Operetta Theatre. 

The show is set to recreate the atmosphere of Paris before WWII featuring never before seen images of one of the greatest French stars of all time.
