Russian response to US Magnitsky Act passes 1st reading in parliament
15.12.2012. | The Russian Duma has passed the first reading of a bill "On Measures of Influence on Persons Involved in Violations of Russian Citizens' Rights".
The bill proposes denying Russian visas and freezing all financial assets of American citizens involved in the violations of the rights of Russians abroad.
