Chicago University receives Indiana Jones’ mail

The University of Chicago has received a puzzling package addressed to "Henry Walton Jones Jr", the real name of Indiana Jones character from the movies. University officials haven’t decided what do to with it or where it came from.

The package contained a replica of a journal featured in the film “Raiders of the Lost Ark" had no return address on it.

According to the Chicago Tribune it was delivered to the university's admissions department last week.

The University has turned to the internet for inspiration and clues. Users have suggested the parcel might have been meant for the film franchise fan and simply fell out of its package while being processed at mail facilities.

Another suggestion is that the package might be a part of an "alternate reality" game among the students.

The Indiana Jones’ makers Luscafilm say they have nothing to do with the package, the Associated Press reports.
